DISCLAIMER:
We are not responsible for packages lost by postal mail. Packages that arrive damaged, broken, or beyond the estimated date are the customer’s responsibility to claim with the mail since we deliver a clean, in good condition package and within the established time.
If the product does not work properly after receiving the package, the customer must notify us via our email to file a claim for such product within 24 hours after the DELIVERY of the package. The package must be returned to our facilities. Once the package arrives at our facilities, a refund of 50% of the amount paid by the customer will be processed.
If the product is returned to our facilities due to damage or because it does not work properly, but upon inspection it is found in adequate condition and works correctly, the amount will not be refunded. In addition, the customer will be charged the shipping cost to return the product.
